Membership to DMC-HRD is open to all adults who align with its values and mission.  Membership  contribution is at least 50 DKK  for students and 100 DKK for none students. Individual membership exceeding the mentioned amounts are welcome.   Fill-in the membership application form to join DMC-HRD

OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME


Are you interested in joining our Internship Programme to take on rewarding roles? DMC-HRD is pleased to offer unpaid internships to university students in Denmark. The student internship programme at DMC-HRD presents a fantastic opportunity for students to engage in human rights advocacy, project coordination, and networking, all while gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the field. Prospective interns must possess the legal right to reside in Denmark to be eligible for consideration.

  1. Do you have a passion for overseeing international projects? Take on the challenge of becoming an International Project Coordinator at DMC-HRD! This role involves collaborating on projects with our global partners. Interns may select a thematic area aligned with their interests, choosing from DMC-HRD’s focus areas (click on thematic area for details:
    • Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB)
    • Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)
    • Gender Equality and Minority Rights
    • Democracy, Civic Participation, and Electoral Support
  2. Fascinated by building partnerships and fundraising? Step into the role of Partnership Building, Networking, and Fundraising Intern. Help drive our fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and contribute to crafting impactful grant proposals.
  3. Do you thrive in the field of media and information dissemination? Apply for the position of Media and Information Intern. Use your Danish language skills to connect with local stakeholders and partners, strengthening outreach efforts specifically within Denmark.

    VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES 

    The Danish Minorities Centre for Human Rights and Development (DMC-HRD) welcomes individuals interested in joining our dedicated team of volunteers. Whether you prefer direct involvement with our secretariat or flexible volunteer scheduling, we offer various opportunities suitable for individuals of diverse backgrounds and skills. Your involvement will play a crucial role in driving positive change both in Denmark and internationally.


    We continuously seek volunteers willing to offer their expertise and time in the following areas:

    1. Project Coordination Support: Assist in coordinating and overseeing our projects and activities
    2. Media and Publicity: Contribute to raising awareness about our initiatives through social media, articles, and outreach campaigns.
    3. Bookkeeping & Administration: Provide support in financial management, budgeting, and accounting tasks.
    4. Fundraising & Grant Proposal Writing: Help secure funding for current and future projects and aid in developing robust grant proposals.
    5. Proofreading & Report Writing: Ensure the clarity, accuracy, and professionalism of our reports and documents.
    6. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, ranging from in-house meetings to outreach events that further our objectives.
